Sundays are family day and my mom can be expected to prepare great dishes. Today, she made one if my favorites: Ginataang Tulingan. And of course, I had to hound her again on how to cook it, so here's how.
1kilo tulingan, sliced
1/2 kilo purong gata
5 sili pansigang
How to cook:
1. Isaing ang isda which means boil the fish in water, sibuyas and bawang until maubis ang tubig.
2. Put the coconut milk and luya and bring to a boil.
3. Season to taste and top with sliced talong and simmer until talong is cooked.
Best served with hot rice and ice cold coke! Yummy!!!
