We are now in Montalban to buy some materials for our house that is being constructed and I realize that the hardware stores here are making a killing. There is a boom in construction in this area because several subdivisions are being built. I wonder how much they make and how much is the capital required to set-up one. If I can take out some Small Business Loans, and find a suitable place for the hardware, this may be a good business for now.
